Warranty
Timber
Timber furniture is covered by a 3 year warranty. Fabrics, where applied, are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Aluminium
Aluminium furniture is covered by a 3 year warranty. Fabrics, where applied, are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel furniture is covered by a 3 year warranty. Fabrics, where applied, are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Stone
Stone based furniture is covered by a 2 year warranty.
Wicker
Wicker furniture is covered by a 3 year warranty. Fabrics, where applied, are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Powder coated Steel
Powder coated and/or electroplated, galvanised steel furniture is covered by a 1 year warranty. Fabrics, where applied, are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Shade products and umbrellas
All shade products are covered by a 2 year warranty. Fabrics are covered by a 2 year warranty, and a 5 year warranty when solution dyed acrylic is applied.
General Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer at their discretion will repair, refinish or replace the failed item.
The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only and not a complete set. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, refinish or replacement.
In the event of a failure it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to the store of purchase along with a copy of the tax invoice.
Warranty specifically excludes general wear and tear, fading, staining, corrosion and/or staining of any steel or stainless steel components, corrosion and/or fading of any powder coating, commercial and/or inappropriate use and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions for all outdoor furniture, accessories, shade products and related hardware. Natural hazards, like wind, rain and storm damage are also excluded from warranty.
The amount of ‘reasonable’ care required for all outdoor furniture and shade products should be directly related to the amount of exposure the product has to all weather conditions and indeed the amount and type of use the product is subjected to.
We recommend that all outdoor furniture and shade products are covered with a breathable cover and/or stored undercover when not in use.
Where outdoor furniture, accessories and umbrellas are covered with fabrics designed to be UV stable and weather resistant generally, warranty does not cover stretching, fading and normal wear and tear.
When appropriate due care and preventative maintenance is applied, we can ensure your outdoor products will generally last well beyond your expectations and the warranty period specified.
